What this means
The target window may be visible, but Offisen could not confirm that the intended field or control had keyboard focus. Sending text without that confirmation could type into the wrong place.
What to do
- Bring the intended target window to the foreground.
- Click the exact input field or control that should receive the keyboard action.
- Close applications, overlays, clipboard tools, or IME switchers that may take focus.
- Return the target application to the same layout and state used during recording.
- Retry playback.
Why this can happen
- Another window or control took keyboard focus.
- The intended field moved or changed after recording.
- An overlay, popup, screen reader, clipboard manager, or input method intercepted focus.
- Window activation succeeded but the focused input control could not be verified.
Example
A sequence is ready to type into a form field, but a notification or another field receives focus. Offisen detects that mismatch and stops before typing.

If the problem continues
If focus visibly appears correct but the error repeats, copy the support report. It may contain technical control types and class names, but not the text or accessible names of the fields.
Include the error code, correlation ID, timestamp, Offisen version, target application when relevant, and a short description of what happened. Review the report before sharing it and remove anything you do not want to send.
